One-third of all Americans suffer from headaches and that pain is either emotional or physiological.
If it’s emotional, the underlying cause must be dealt with by learning to relax and/or resolve family or work-related problems. Check out our other CDs for more information on insomnia, grief, etc.
If the headache has a physical basis, however, it may be directly related to muscle tension. This may come from strain (at a computer), standing too many hours (such as a cashier), even sleeping on an uncomfortable pillow.
This DVD depicts many ways for you to help others. In some cases, you’ll literally be able to place your hands a sufferer’s head and, within 3 minutes, eliminate his or her pain. For example, Bob DeMotte (the instructor), eliminated a waitress’ headache right at a restaurant table. She was stunned at how fast it went away. In another instance, Bob and his son stopped at a gas station on an out-of-town trip. The cashier was in her third day of a severe migraine. With her permission, Bob removed it in less than 5 minutes.
